Mobility and Myofascial Release
Wednesdays - Starting July 3rd 
6:30 - 7:30am 
At Awake Bodies Pilates Studio 

Don't let the activities you love leave your body creaking, groaning, or injured. Class will warm up with progressive moves based on planks, lunges, and squats. The movements are low impact but this does NOT mean low intensity. You will spend half the class building strength and challenging your mobility in a total body workout. The second half of class eases into a guided myofascial release using tennis balls and rollers to decrease tension in your body and leave you loose, limber, and ready for your next adventure.

$230 for 10 classes, $130 for 5 classes, or $30 drop in

Outdoor Bootcamp

Bootcamp is BACK! Get ready to jump, crunch, throw, and sweat your way into a new level of fitness! Through circuit training, mat work, and cardio intervals using tons of fun equipment, you will challenge yourself in this high intensity class. Exercises are always modifiable to fit most levels of fitness and I will make sure there are plenty of options to keep your muscles moving throughout the whole hour.

Spend the hottest part of the summer taking the coolest fitness class in town!
