Get strong and stay strong this season as you are skinning up, shredding down, or skating the Nordic trails. In this class we'll focus on stabilization and building endurance in your core and legs to help boost your performance and keep you injury free all season long. This will be a high impact strength and cardio class set at a continuous, fast pace mixed with balance and stability exercises.
