Spring Training - Mobility and Myofascial Release
Tuesdays and Thursdays  - April 2nd - 25th
5:45 - 6:45pm 
At Club West

Don't let the change of seasons leave your body creaking and groaning. Tuesdays we'll meet for guided myofascial release using tennis balls and rollers. Thursdays, using the base moves of planks, lunges, and squats, you'll focus on building both strength and mobility throughout your whole body. This class will be mainly low impact but this does NOT mean low intensity. Thursdays will be TOUGH. Class is limited to 12 people so even if you are using a punchcard, please register for the classes you are planning on attending.
