This class has it all! A low impact, cardio, strength and balance class designed to progressively increase your movement. With emphasis on proper form, this class is great for those who are just starting to exercise, maintaining their strength, or trying to increase their overall fitness. You will challenge yourself and have a great time!

How well do you move? Each week I will take you in depth through everyday movements and make sure you can do it with the best possible body mechanics. Learn how your body has been compensating and how slight variations can make you more or less prone to injury. Class size will be limited to 10 people so advance registration is mandatory.
